Mike Sunnucks, Senior Reporter Phoenix Business Journal | Phoenix Business Journal 9:42pm MST Jun 25, 2015 – A Phoenix staffing and employment services company that specializes in placing IT workers and accountants is growing its local footprint and has plans to open new offices in San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Texas and Portland.

VincentBenjamin Group also plans on hiring 40 new employees after moving into a new larger 12,000-square-foot headquarters office at the Esplanade development at 24th Street and Camelback Road. The company already has 70 employees.

The company was in a smaller Camelback Road space before its move.

Managing Partner Vince Dorazio said his company already has offices in Orange County, Los Angeles and Denver.

He wants to have offices open in the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest and possibly Texas over the next two years.

Dorazio said his firm focuses on employment services related to IT and other high-tech workers and accountants. Those are occupations in very high demand and with very low unemployment rates.

“It’s almost zero” Dorazio said of the jobless rate for IT worker and accountants.
