Russ Wiles, The Republic | azcentral.com 1:15 p.m. MST June 24, 2015 – A staffing company focused on accounting and information-technology jobs is expanding its Phoenix presence, with plans to add 40 jobs of its own over the next two years.

VincentBenjamin Group, which provides recruiting, staffing and project consulting services, has moved into a larger Phoenix headquarters.

The anticipated new jobs primarily consist of sales and account-management positions to meet increasing hiring demand with the company’s corporate clients. Pay for the new jobs will range from roughly $50,000 to $100,000 and up. The company, founded in 2009, also has offices in Denver, Los Angeles and Orange Count, Calif., with 65 employees.

Vincent Dorazio, a co-founder, said the company is enjoying particularly strong growth in Phoenix. Staffing firms often are an early barometer of an improving job market, he said.

“When our clients increase hiring, then we internally need to add positions,” he said.

Dorazio said the employment market is returning to pre-recession levels in many occupations, particularly those tied to information technology.

“There’s a 0-percent unemployment rate for certain jobs,” he said.

The company has scheduled an open house today from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at its Phoenix office at 2415 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 1000.
