This can help you better understand what you need to do and to learn from their mistakes. You may be able to take some additional adult education classes or you can go back to school for a full-fledged degree in your new field. Sometimes you can even do this while you’re working. While transferable skills are going to be a top selling point as you apply for jobs in finance, you’ll still need the knowledge of the industry to back that up.
