VincentBenjamin was born out of the idea to assemble an all-star team of recruiters and create a culture of mutual respect, empowerment, and success. It started as a simple idea – employees should enjoy coming to work every day. With that one thought, the founders mapped out their ideal company culture, created with the understanding that by empowering employees and giving them the tools they need to succeed, the firm would thrive.
